These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Boive websites, product pages, and software made available by Boive (“Boive”, “we”, “us”), including interactive tools such as Suspension Labs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Boive publishes software products and related marketing sites. Some products are free demos or experiments; others may be paid or require a separate license. Features, availability, and pricing may change.
All content, software, source code, models, simulations, designs, trademarks, and branding provided by Boive are owned by Boive or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from Boive software or materials except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law that cannot be waived.
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, bypass security or access controls, or use them in a way that violates law or these Terms.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Simulators and tuning tools are informational aids, not guarantees of real-world setup safety or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boive disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid Boive for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the service was free.
Product-specific privacy details are described on each app’s privacy page where available. The portal listing itself is a public marketing surface.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
